In Case You Missed It(Retail and Recreation)Part 1

We'll start off this part of the Retail and Recreation version of In Case You Missed It at the North Attleboro Gas Company/Riley Lumber Company. Some of these photos were posted on the old Abandoned Dreams site and some weren't. Enjoy.

Now we'll stop by Mr. G's Pub. Abandoned after the owner went to jail for laundering hundreds of thousands of dollars right out of the bar. Explored only once with Skwatting Dawg, but highly enjoyed it. Enjoy.

Next we have the Route 44 Recreation Center. Once home to 1000's of happy customers playing mini golf, riding go-karts, slamming balls in the batting cages, and playing games in the arcade. Now the recreation center sits alone. Most of the mini golf course is still as it was when it closed, but the weather damage is apparent. Not the most hardcore of explorations, but one of the most fun.

Lastly we have the KOA Campgrounds. Once home to 100's of happy campers per season, it has since been demolished and is in the stages on condo redevelopment. I only spent about 5 minutes here and wasn't all too impressed. The buiding had major fire damage and the second floor was collapsing. Aside from the main lodge, only one bathroom buiding was still standing when I went. KOA never made it to either Abandoned Dreams website so here it is. Enjoy.
