Brought a few people who have never been in a drain to some drains. Drainboarding and light painting fun all around. Started at the All Saints to stay dry and Ended up in the 716 soaked to the waist by the end of the day. Too lazy to write anything else. Time for bed. -PunkUE

Visited two of my favorite locals yesterday and had a blast. I've become kind of a tour guide through the first location. The Leavens Awards Company is slowly becoming more trashed every time I visit. Soon there will be nothing left to see. The second location is the Button Factory. Much less vandalized than Leavens, this building is pretty sweet and one of my all time favorites. Too lazy to write anything else. Pictures. Enjoy. -PunkUE
I don't really want to say I settled on this building today, but I did. I went to the area looking to explore a mill I've visited twice before only to find a fresh fence around the perimeter. It was the middle of the day in a town full of meathead cops so I figured it would be best to find something else to explore. I decided the old button factory would be the next best option. I've visited this building once in the past, but had the trip cut short. Went in today for a few hours and got a few decent shots. -PunkUE
I had previously scouted this building once before, but ruled it out due to lack of information about the place. This was one of those places that you could never tell whether it was actually abandoned or not. Anyways, KareBear was reading a local newspaper the other day when she came across an article about a demolition taking place at the location in the future for an expanding gas station next door. There was no date for the demo in the paper so we figured we'd go check it out before they got to it. As we got closer our fears had been realized. We didn't make it in time, but there was still a sweet little chunk to explore left for us, so a little is better than none. From what I could see in what was left and the rubble this restaurant must have been a really nice place when it was open. The few people I know who have dined there said that it was as well. I found this place while walking over to a house I had previously explored with Mr. Meister on my birthday. As I was walking down the street I happened to notice the front door had the address spraypainted onto it with red paint. As I continued to walk I noticed there were no windows on one side of the house, so I abandoned my other trip and explored this house instead. This was one of them locations that makes you wonder why the residents left. Family photos were scattered all over the house as well as other objects I would personally take with me if I were to move. Just makes you think. Enjoy -Punk
I was sick of sitting on my ass doing nothing so I decided to go pay a visit to my dear old friend, The Leavens Awards Company. I don't know exactly what it is about this place but I love it. Went in today looking for details of this building I may have missed my last 20 times there. Anyone who is a regular viewer of Abandoned Dreams will recognize this place from previous posts, but most of these photos are from things I never noticed before. Enjoy. -PunkUE Out
So apparently the Urbex Community has hit a new low. Someone found it funny to create an account on Opacity(Another popular UE Forum) using the name PunkUE for the sole reason to start shit with other explorers. I have myself a very good idea as to who it was and I want that person to know I think he's a total piece of shit. I'm not going to throw names around on the slight chance my suspicions are incorrect, but I think it was pretty obvious to numerous people. After today I will belong to just one forum. I think I would rather communicate with a group I know I can trust anyway.
The problem with the original explorers that were insulted by "me" have been taken care of and as for now my name is back in the clear. If anyone else was fucked with that I haven't found out about yet, There's a real good chance it's not me talking down to you. That's all for now.

I met alot of really cool people from that site and was saddened to leave some of them behind, but when it comes to shit like this, I'm not down. I got sick of sitting around doing nothing so I decided to head up some local tracks to visit a fire damaged home I found earlier this year. I dubbed this place "The Muffin Mans House" due to the odd number of muffin pans laying around. I didn't spend much time at this location the first time I visited so I went back to get a few more shots I might have missed last time. About half an hour into this trip it started downpouring out. I packed my camera into a ziplock and headed home. Enjoy. -PunkUE
